About O'Partner

O'Partner is a care coordination and assistance platform that helps families coordinate everyday support for people who may need assistance, including older adults, people recovering from illness or injury, and people with disabilities.

O'Partner provides coordination software and a curated service-partner network. It is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, diagnostic lab, or emergency medical service.

Real care bookings, payments, partner approvals, and email delivery are not open.

Older adults

Ordinary help at home, arranged with the person and the family, so daily routines are easier to keep.

People recovering from illness or injury

Practical help after illness, injury, or a hospital stay. This is everyday support, not clinical recovery care.

People with disabilities

Assistance with daily tasks and ordinary journeys, coordinated with the person rather than decided for them.

How the boundary is held

Partner verification

A partner can be assigned only after the platform's verification record is approved. The public website does not offer an approval action.

Family permissions

Care Circle permissions decide what a relative can see or change. Access is granted. It is not assumed.

Care coordination

Coordinators match an eligible partner when that workflow is enabled. That workflow is not open here.

Service boundaries

Each service states what it includes and what it excludes. A page does not widen that boundary.

Non-clinical and regulated care

These services are everyday assistance. Qualified professionals must perform regulated clinical services.
